Coopernook Public School opened in 1875! Over the years, our small school has seen a lot of change.
Coopernook PS fosters an environment where students are empowered to take responsibility for their learning and personal growth. Guided by Glasser’s Choice Theory, our teachers work closely with students to help them develop the skills to make positive choices, solve problems, and build meaningful relationships. We believe that by fostering a sense of internal motivation and accountability, our students will not only excel academically but also thrive emotionally and socially.
We are dedicated to nurturing a learning environment where every student’s voice is heard, and where each individual is supported in their journey to achieve their full potential. Together, we create a school culture that values personal responsibility, collaboration, and the development of strong character.
